Sunnyside Duplex is located in the heart of Matunuck right on the beach surrounded by local businesses. It is the perfect location for big groups looking to experience all that Matunuck has to offer. The space The duplex is spit into east and west sides. The units are identical, each with living room, kitchen, bathroom, a bunk bed room on the main level and two queen rooms upstairs. The house has a large deck overlooking the beach and a second covered porch with seating on the street side. Other things to note Please note that we ask our guests to provide their own linens - this includes sheets, quilts and towels. If you require linens we are happy to provide them at an additional fee.
