Baby-Friendly Home Near Kingston Point Beach

Come stay in our cute and comfy, two-story, baby-proof, Colonial home for the holidays! Located in downtown Kingston in walking distance to Kingston Point Beach, Hasbrouck Park, and the rail trail, and just a mile from the Rondout waterfront, restaurants and business district, our house is perfect for a family get-together or relaxing vacation in the heart of the Hudson Valley, with (or without) a baby! The space This house is the house we live in - it's very comfortable and cozy and perfect for a family, especially with young children. It is just under 1800 square feet with 4 private sleeping spaces - 3 bedrooms (one a baby's room) and a study. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, the other and the study (pic coming soon) each have double beds, and the baby's room has a crib and a changing table. We also have 2 double and one single air mattresses for additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, a coffee maker, dishwasher, spices, cooking oils, and other dry ingredients, coffee and tea, as well as enough place settings for 12 people. There's a breakfast nook in the kitchen and the dining room can seat 6 comfortably, with an add on table if you need a few more for your holiday dinner. We also have a high chair for your little one. There's a washer and dryer, giant tub and separate shower in the large upstairs bathroom, and a cute little half bath on the first floor. The living room has a (non-working) fireplace and comfy couches, and while the TV is not connected to wi-fi or cable, there's an HDMI cable for you to connect your laptop to it. The study doubles as an office if you need to get some work done. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea or a sunset glass of wine on the backyard deck, weather permitting! (Note - we have bee hives in the back yard but in the winter they will be inside the hives.) The house is mostly baby-proof for mobile babies and toddlers and may become moreso by the time you stay here. Feel free to email any specific questions.
