The space This 45m2 new studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay: fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine & clothes drying rack, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, blankets & reverse air-conditioning for colder nights. The apartment opens into a balcony that has 2 chairs. You can enjoy direct sunset views from the balcony! Please note that the balcony is behind a few other balconies so the sea view is not “direct”. Please refer to the photos. Best suited for 2 people, but a small pouf sofa (seen on the photo) can be made into an extra bed. This is a simple folding mattress in size 70 x 185cm. Please let us know if this extra bed is needed. In case of the third person, there is a stool at the entrance for an extra seating.
