Beautiful house, FEET IN THE SAND, in a gated community with 24-hour security, on one of the most beautiful beaches on the north coast of São Paulo. The enchantment was immediate for a French family when they discovered the beauty of Maresias over 20 years ago! Comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. The space The house is 50 steps from the sand. It has 4 en-suites with air-conditioning, two of them with a stunning ocean view. In suite 1 there is a double box bed, in suites 2 and 3 there are two single box beds that can be perfectly grouped to form 1 double bed in suite 4, two single box beds. The comfortable living/dining room integrates the space between the open kitchen and the outdoor area; On the terrace, there is a barbecue and a deck with a private pool - a great place to enjoy with family and friends! To enjoy the beautiful sunset and have a view of the entire beach, just climb up to our garden gazebo. This place is our little paradise that we make available when we travel. So, make yourself at home and treat it as if it were your own! This is a family condominium with well-defined rules for everyone to enjoy and rest. Guest access Guests will have access through the entrance, directly through the beach, and have two parking spaces. Other things to note The house does not offer accessibility for the disabled, as the rooms are on the upper floor. The voltage is 220 Volts.
