Lovely 2 bedroom Presidential suite for 6-8 guests

Club Wyndham Atlanta is located in the heart of downtown, overlooking Centennial Olympic Park. Walking distance to several major attractions, including the SkyView Ferris wheel, College Football Hall of Fame, World of Coca Cola, and the Aquarium. Enjoy the Margaritaville restaurant or take in the city skyline at the rooftop bar. The space - 1512+ square feet, full kitchen with cooking supplies (no spices, oils or condiments), washer/dryer, living room and dining area. - Master bedroom has one king bed, living room has a queen sleeper sofa, and the additional bedroom has two queen beds. - Two full bathrooms (1.75). - The Presidential Reserve condo comes with it's own foosball. Please note that the Club Wyndham staff will assign your specific condo at check-in. Their assignment at check-in determines whether you receive the 1512 sq ft or 1699 sq ft space. I have no control over the specific 2 bedroom Presidential condo assigned at check-in based upon availability. Guest access You will be staying at a Club Wyndham vacation resort. As a guest, you will have access to the community pool, BBQ, fitness center, etc. Please follow local resort rules in all shared community places and activities. **Pool closed for maintenance January 1, 2024** Other things to note Atlanta Wyndham requires a valid credit card for a $250 (hold for incidentals) refundable deposit, and valid ID at check-in. I will need the full name and physical address (matching the guest ID), phone number and email to transfer the reservation to you as our guest. The person checking in must match the name on the reservation and must be at least 21 years old. As Club Wyndham owners, you will be listed on the reservation as our official guest. Please ensure the guest name who's checking in for your entire group is correct from the start. Changing it again will result in a $99 fee that I must pay and pass off to you. Oversized vehicle parking is not available at this resort. On-site valet parking with in and out privileges is $57 per night per vehicle. There is no shuttle service to or from the resort and the airport. The pool is open year round but might close temporarily due to weather. The cleaning staff does not come during your short stay, though you can make a request with the resort staff if you need anything like extra coffee, towels, etc. You will have free internet up to 4 devices. This is a resort style timeshare. At check-in, the concierge might offer incentives for you to attend a sales presentation during your stay. You are under no obligation to attend the sales presentation and it's totally acceptable to say No Thank You and move on to enjoy your resort stay. Registration Details NA
