A newly installed heating and A/C system offers up warm winter nights and cool summer days. Base Camp amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen: Keurig coffee maker, Raclette, and most anything you'll need to cook up an amazing meal. Washer, dryer, clothes line, and complimentary detergent are provided so you can start out in fresh gear every day. The property delivers relative privacy, seated on an acre, surrounded by trees and agricultural land (less the two neighbors), offering virtual peace and quiet. The yard provides a large parking and offloading area for your ATVs or Skidoos. With a full south-facing deck off the dining area, you'll enjoy serene sunrise coffees, space for soaking up afternoon rays, warm evening BBQs, and a bonfire under the stars. Stay connected with full cell service and provided WiFi, or disconnect with board games or cards while enjoying the ebb and flow of dinner prepared on the Raclette. The 47" TV offers local cable and provides the option to login to your Netflix, Prime, Disney+ accounts. I reside off property so you'll have private access to the entire main floor. Basement is locked and reserved for owner's use. Other things to note This is a new listing; feel free to provide notes on what you feel is missing once you have completed your stay! We're always wanting to improve our property so your next stay is as enjoyable as possible. This property is not child-proofed in that there are no cupboard locks, outlet covers, corner guards, etc. and there are 3 steps at the main entry with no baby gate available. As such, it is at the discretion of the property owner to decline or accept potential travelers with children.
