Guest access When renting this room, (#1), you will be alone in the house with access to the #1 bedroom, kitchen, living area, and laundry. You have the run of the entire room and can access our kitchen, dining area, sitting room, patio, and yard undisturbed. You will also have access to a dedicated parking space if you have your own vehicle. During your stay We have moved out of state so, unfortunately, we won't be meeting face-to-face. Other things to note If you're looking for a typical Airbnb in a brand-new house in a cookie-cutter neighborhood, THIS IS NOT IT! Our house is older though we are improving it every day. Our neighborhood is zoned high-density rural, which means we have horses to the north of us, saguaros everywhere, and eclectic neighbors. The area is incredibly safe, and we are on good terms with all of our neighbors. This is not your typical neighborhood, however, and our house could have been built by Andy Warhol! We love where we live, and take pride in our funky house, but you should know that this is not your typical fancy Tucson suburb. Please note that there are dogs in the neighborhood that are prone to barking or howling when they hear coyotes moving through the neighborhood. If you’re very sensitive to late night noises we would recommend ear plugs. If you sleep like a rock, like we do, you should be ok.
