One-bedroom apartment in the heart of Punta del Este, with 2 single beds in the bedroom - which can double as a single King-size double bed - and a trundle bed for another 2 guests in the living room (a mattress for a fifth person can be added on request). Excellent concierge and cleaning service, WiFi, TV, DVD player, stereo, kitchen with all required appliances. The space A short walk from all major attractions in Punta del Este and from both main beaches (Playa Brava and Playa Mansa). Guests access the building through the main door on Calle 30 (Las Focas). Keys are at the reception. When leaving the building at any time, keys remain with the concierge/doorman for maximum guest comfort and security. The apartment is comfortable, airy and luminous, with large windows that render a very pleasant view of the city and beaches. No air conditioning is necessary because the space is cool and breezy if windows are open. However, for exceptionally hot nights there are large ceiling fans in all main rooms. When going to the Playa Brava next to the building, guests may ask for Santos Dumont beach chairs and parasol to use on the beach for as long as they are there. The apartment does not have a garage space, though spaces are available for rent at the Santos Dumont building itself or at the Torres del Sol building across the street, for which one must ask at the reception. However, the Punta del Este peninsula is safa and one can leave cars on the street without fear of robbery. Whatsmore, there is a large bublic parking round the corner across from the Casino Nogaró. Other things to note The living room contains a trundle bed - come - couch, and can be separated from the dining room and other common areas by opening a folding screen, effectively creating a 'second bedroom', if necessary.
