This basic condo is a value stay. Our rates are less than other condos in the complex. The space Beauty just walking out the sliding bedroom door to a relaxing patio, the sandy white beach with a few step to the freshwater pool and clear turquoise water of the Caribbean Sea. Open concept living room/dining area with full kitchen. Queen and 2 sofas. Dressing area with a private bath. Price varies by season. Located in Aventuras Akumal coral reef bay. The condo is private set back from the pool and provides a secluded setting in the tropical trees and plants. Restaurants and groceries are with in a mile or two. Wireless Internet is available at the resort right next door . Linens included and maid service available. Housekeeping every 4 days with additional service available. Akumal is a wonderful base for exploring the coast. Approximately an hour south of Cancun airport, 30 minutes south of Playa del Carmen for shopping and nightlife, and 20 minutes north of Tulum for Mayan ruins and snorkeling cenotes.
