Serene & Modern Private Room + Bath

We are a young married couple who take great pride in our home. We keep it clean, well-maintained, and quiet. We own our own businesses so we work long hours and spend most of our time out of the house. On our free time, we love to try new restaurants in the area, see movies, and when we're really adventurous, go salsa dancing. Our apartment building is walking distance from dozens of great restaurants and bars! We look forward to hearing from you and helping you enjoy your trip to LA! The space Our apartment is very spacious with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a 800 square foot living room. We have a balcony overlooking the pool and there is a gym on the first floor which you can use anytime. There is laundry on site and easy street parking. We live one block from a very busy boulevard that has great bars, restaurants, and two movie theaters (within walking distance!). We are 5 minutes from the two most important freeways in LA, the 101 and 405, which make us the perfect location if you plan on site seeing. Guest access You will have full access to your bedroom and bathroom (of course), the kitchen, living room, balcony, laundry facility, pool, and gym. During your stay We will make ourselves available to help you enjoy your stay and get around!
