Cozy private room near DTLA Arts District!

UPDATE: the bathroom, living room and kitchen is under construction. As such, this room is DISCOUNTED, until fixed. The main issue is there’s a HOLE between the bathroom and the room, with plastic being used as a barrier. Please book knowing that the privacy in the bathroom is being held together by a plastic wall. — This room in a craftsman corner home gets tons of natural light and breeze. This cozy room has a full sized bed, a tiny space to hang your clothes, and a small desk and chair. During your stay My brother and I are available to the guests by text but for most of the day we’ll be working and out of the house. However, we’re usually around by 6pm or later in the afternoon. Other things to note There are two dogs who live on the property as well - one is a small chihuahua-Jack Russell mix and the other is a black Labrador-English bulldog mix.
