The space With commanding views over the Romantic Zone and Bay of Banderas and only minutes to Los Muertos beach and some of the best restaurants, bars and shops PV has to offer, we have endeavoured to create a comfortable space for guests 16+ that blends contemporary/modern design elements with a bohemian chic vibe inspired by our many trips to Africa, Southeast Asia and the South Pacific. Main Living Space The open concept living space features; - Kitchen with SMEG gas stove and oven, LG dishwasher, LG fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, and microwave, There is also a coffee maker, blender, toaster, juice maker, rice cooker, and electric kettle. It is fully stocked with everything you need to make your own meals and dine at home. There is also an island with seating for 4 and a laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer. - Living Area with Smart TV. Sliding glass accordion doors completely open the space to the large terrace with commanding views of the Zona Romantica and the Bay of Banderas Terrace The very spacious terrace has both a dining area for alfresco dining and a seating area where you can sit with a cocktail and take in the views. Primary Bedroom At the end of a full day, retreat to the comfort of a king size platform bed. There is a Smart TV, to watch your favourite shows and black out blinds to help ensure a peaceful nights rest. The ensuite bath has a large shower with rain shower head, a double vanity including mirror with back lighting, a separate full length mirror, a ton of storage space for all your belongings and a safe to store all of your valuables. Flex Bedroom This space has a king size bed with a ton of under bed storage and a clothes rack for those things you would rather hang. It also has both screens and black out blinds, a full length mirror and sliding glass accordion doors that open to the terrace. A sliding partition wall can make this space completely private or open it up to the main living space. Bathrooms Both bathrooms feature large showers with rain shower heads and mirrors with back lighting. The Building SohoPV is the newest addition to the romantic zone's choice of luxury accommodations. It's amenities include; - Large air-conditioned gym with a large variety or machines, free weights and cardio equipment. (The sauna is currently under development and coming soon) Hours - Daily 6am-9pm - The largest roof top infinity pool in the western hemisphere and one of the largest in the world. There are breathtaking panoramic views that take in the entire city, Bay of Banderas and the Sierra Madre mountains. This is the perfect place to catch the sunset and between the months of November to March you can even spot humpback whales frolicking in the bay. There are cabanas, floating lounge beds, and a sunken lounge area with fire pit. There is also a rooftop bar and restaurant. Hours - Daily 10am-10pm Guest access Guests have access to all the building amenities including the roof top pool and gym. Other things to note Be advised that our unit is in SohoPV. a condominium building in the heart of vibrant Zona Romantica in Puerto Vallarta and in close proximity to bars, restaurants, traffic etc... which may matter to guests who are sensitive to noise.
