Orlando Vacation Resort 2 Bedroom

This is a timeshare resort. I used my timeshare points to book the rooms to rent out to help pay the maintenance fees. You must be 21 with a photo ID and credit card to check in. The resort will place a hold on the card for any purchases or damages. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES. Must comply with the resort rules. No refunds if evicted for failure to do so. There is no daily housekeeping. There are laundry facilities. Check in is 4 PM. Check out is 10 AM. The space There is no set room. Rooms are assigned at check in by the resort. There is a full kitchen with dishes, glasses, utensils and dishware. Just bring your own food such as salt, pepper, cooking spray and coffee. There is a washer and dryer in the unit Queen sofa in the living room Guest access All common areas such as the pool and gym. Other things to note The resort does not communicate with Airbnb. The resort has the right to evict you or charge your credit card for damages or failure to follow their rules without requiring my permission.
