Very conveniently situated near the Phoenix Open, Spring Training venues and the world famous Mayo Clinic. Enjoy amazing sunsets while relaxing in the outdoor living space and soaking in the warmer weather of the AZ winter. The home is comfortable and welcoming. A perfect place to enjoy a wonderful visit to Arizona! The space You will have access to the entire home and oversized private yard. The resort style backyard boasts a sparkling pool and amazing BBQ on a raised deck for awesome mountain views. There is a great front patio to enjoy the Eastern views. The yard is frequented by desert wildlife - quail, cardinals, cactus wrens and more! The peaceful neighborhood and serene setting back this home a very relaxing escape. The home was completely remodeled a few years ago. The living room has cozy fireplace and 65" TV to enjoy your favorite movies or sports. The dining room table can expand to seat up to 8. There is also an outside dining table which can also seat 8. The kitchen is new and has counter seating as well as a kitchen seating area with amazing views of the nearby McDowell Mountains. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, cookware, glasses, wine and beer glasses, a wine fridge, and anything you need to cook with! There are also spices and some basic cooking needs in stock. There are 2 coffee makers - one standard style that makes a carafe with 12 cups and a single serve Kuereg. The large Master Bedroom has a super comfy queen size bed, a large master bath, a TV and a heated mattress pad - which you will find very cozy on the cool desert nights! The backyard views from the bedroom awesome and very relaxing. The master bath has 2 vanities and a large walk in shower. There will be closet space in the walk in closet as well. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, a TV and a nice closet. The guest bath has a double vanity, bath tub / shower combo with a great rain shower head. There is an office with a great work space if you need to watch up on work. There is a large monitor to connect to your laptop as well. The office has a love seat that pulls out into a twin size bed with a memory foam topper. There is also an elite queen size inflatable mattress and twin inflatable mattress available if necessary.
