Overlooking Marina/Ocean view & FREE GOLF CART

Our Coastal Condo is renovated and overlooks the Marina and ocean. The property amenities include a saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach and three heated swimming pools. Onsite we have a marina with a boat ramp that gives guests ocean access via a deep-water channel to some of the area's best fishing, snorkeling, diving, and sandbars. Other amenities include boat trailer parking, a playground, outdoor BBQ areas, and tennis courts. Other things to note Boating: If you plan to bring your private vessel and/or Jet-ski, you will need to have $300,000 Liability Insurance and show proof upon entrance to the security guard.
