The space The covered veranda, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and Monte Cofano, is furnished with tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals, perhaps prepared in the barbecue area in the garden, which even includes a nice wood-burning oven. Descending a couple of steps you reach the garden area that houses the saltwater pool, complete with sun loungers and an elegant gazebo. The interior of the villa is simple but elegant, flooded with natural light that penetrates through the French windows of the living room and kitchen, which lead to the beautiful veranda. The living area is soberly furnished with a sofa, armchairs, and a small dining table. A large bathroom with shower is also available on the ground floor. The first floor houses three bedrooms. The bright master bedroom has a double bed and gives access to a small panoramic balcony. One of the other two bedrooms, equipped with French beds, leads to a terrace connected to the balcony of the master bedroom. All three bedrooms share a large bathroom with shower.
