The space We are honored to be able to host during these very challenging times, so we want you know upfront that we are following the strict Airbnb cleaning and disinfecting protocols. We take this all very seriously and even provide extra training to our specially select housekeeping staff. Extremely peaceful & serene with a personal resort feel, yet you're super close to everything Miami. You can see pelicans, dolphins, parrots, iguanas & other wildlife. You are practically surrounded by water with gorgeous views of Biscayne Bay, the causeway, Treasure & Normandy Isles and Miami Beach. Every room, every window in the home has a wonderful water view. An outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and a fun pool with a waterfall, slide, and cave will bring out the kid in everyone. We are located close to everything that makes Miami great. This home is truly spectacular! Before reading further, PLEASE NOTE: This is a home for families & friends, official retreats & workshops, business travelers & business meetings. WE DO NOT HOST HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE STUDENTS FOR SPRING BREAK OR INDIVIDUALS GATHERING FRIENDS TO PARTY IN MIAMI. We are a vacation paradise for responsible mature adults, their families, friends, and colleagues. The property has an alarm and camera system. It is prohibited to disarm the system or disconnect the cameras. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms (sleeps 6), with two full baths. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (sleeps 4), with one and a half baths. Two comfortable leather couches in the family room provide two additional sleeping spaces (Total sleeping spaces for 12 people and four bedrooms). There is a full-size washer & dryer in a laundry room just off the kitchen. Parking on left side of driveway and street parking for 3 cars. Of course, there’s plenty of Uber & Lyft all around the neighborhood. And, when you’re ready to pull away from this private resort, in just a few blocks, you’re on Biscayne Blvd and Miami’s Historic MiMo District; home to all the cool & fashionable restaurants in Miami. You’re ten minutes away from the Design District, Midtown Miami, Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Wynwood’s Art District, the new Museum Park Miami, Bayside Park and the American Airlines Arena (where the Miami Heat play), Downtown Miami and Brickell (Miami’s ‘Manhattan of the South’). And of course, just over the JFK causeway (less than a minute ride from the home), is a scenic drive to North Beach, Miami Beach and South Beach. The Miami International Airport is just a 15-minute drive and the Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport is a 30 drive. Your private resort is also close to Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Aventura, Bal Harbour Shops, Miami Marlins Stadium, Sun Life Dolphins Stadium, and Little Havana (average less than 25 minutes away). This is truly a great value... Gorgeous, fun, affordable, comfortable, peaceful and everything you need to create your dream vacation! Guest access LEFT SIDE of driveway and all street parking is reserved for our guests. We have room for up to 3 cars. Our guests have the entire house and beautiful grounds. Please note two minor exceptions: 1. The northwest corner of the property is fenced off and has a small separate workshop area with its own entrance (niece stays there while she studies at Barry University). Area is separate from home, niece parks on right side of driveway. 2. A fifth bedroom (not part of the listing), and the garage are locked and used for storage (some closets have extra clothing stored as well). Other things to note There is no fence around the pool, bay or canal. Children MUST be accompanied by their parents at all times. Any child or teen yonger than 18 must have an adult present every time they are in any part of the yard. No exceptions! Safety is #1.
