The middle floor is a large, modern living area and also 3 bedrooms - 2 of those have a jack and Jill bathroom and there is another full bathroom, on the lower level there is a games room, full bathroom and bedroom 6 & 7. NOte that to reach bedroom 7, you must go through bedroom 6. Ocean views from top floor and living area, lower level has easy access to the oversized pool deck with views of the pool. Large, wraparound balconies offer ample opportunities for outdoor dining and relaxing, and the large heated pool with hot tub makes this a true private resort.
