The space This private apartment is located in a residence transformed into a small building with 9 apartments. With rustic decor that combines natural elements and organic textures, the space offers a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for your stay in Salvador. Floor: First Floor Lower (Stairs), we are on a slope, so 2 floors are above street level and two below (not basement). Composed of: ★ Bedroom 1: Suite with queen-size bed (+2 extra single mattresses), TV in the suite. ★ Bedroom 2: Bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with a trundle bed, desk with office chair. ★ Living room: In the living room we have a sofa, two wide chairs next to the sofa, a TV sideboard and a fan. Next to it, there is a dining table with 6 chairs, a sideboard, and a support shelf. ★ Kitchen: The kitchen is integrated into the American-style living room. It has a refrigerator, coffee maker, electric oven, 2-burner electric cooktop and 1-burner induction cooktop (note: in the photo we have on the website, a conventional stove is still being shown, it was replaced by the one described above). ★ Small Balcony ★ Shared Wi-Fi: TIM and Claro about 50 Mega 2G, distributed/shared to the apartments of the house by a Wi-Fi network. On the floor of this apartment, the internet usually reaches 15 to 35 megabytes. In the living room, it may be possible to connect to the 250 Mega 5G network, which has a higher speed. ★ Bed and bath linens are provided upon arrival. The exchange of these items, when requested by the guest, can be made but we charge an extra laundry fee, amounts in the welcome pamphlet. ★ Water, Internet and Electricity included. Other things to note 📌 We clarify that this reservation is classified as a seasonal rental, and typical hotel services are not offered. 🧹 Cleaning: The property is delivered clean and prepared for the guest's arrival. During the stay, we do not perform cleaning or periodic housekeeping. 🛏️ Bed and bath linens: Sheets and towels are provided upon arrival. Changes during the stay can be requested for an additional laundry fee. Extra items (such as pillows and blankets) can also be made available upon request and for an extra fee. - Access: At the beginning of the street, there is a guardhouse of the local residents' association, where the doormen control entry. To ensure access to the property, we ask that guests identify themselves upon arrival, so that they can be authorized to enter with peace of mind. - Parking: We offer 4 rotating spaces (3 covered and 1 uncovered), without exclusivity for apartments. If there is no vacancy, it is easy to find parking nearby. The garage door is heavy and manual. - Starter Kit: We offer a starter kit with personal, cleaning and kitchen items, but we do not replace them. - Children and Infants: We can accommodate children and infants, but we do not have safety nets on windows and balconies, nor any other items related to the safety of children and infants. We do not have cribs or other baby items. We prepare beds only for adults and children, we do not prepare beds for babies, you need to bring what the baby is going to use. - We have security cameras active and recording on the stairs, corridors and outdoor areas (gate, garage, yard, balcony). Remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we'll try our best to take action as soon as possible. ★ About the Location: The house was built in the 1980s and has 4 floors, with 9 individual and private apartments. The house is adorned with hardwood and stones, creating a rustic and cozy atmosphere, with slate floors and details that reflect the charm of the original construction. The green area around Salvador Zoo provides a serene environment, ideal for those who wish to relax in the midst of nature. Unusual ★Visitors: The proximity to the zoo guarantees the presence of unexpected visitors, such as birds, tamarins, monkeys, porcupines, reptiles, rodents, insects and others. This is part of the charm of the place, surrounded by exuberant nature. As we are in a tropical city, with high humidity and surrounded by a green area, it is important to note that, at certain times of the year, mosquitoes may appear in the region. Therefore, we suggest you bring repellent to ensure your comfort during your stay in Salvador. ★ Our Animals: We have dogs on the premises, of the Maremmano-Abruzzese Sheepdog breed. They are on the lowest level and in the backyard. Guests do not have access to these areas, but the animals can be seen through the apartment windows. They are part of our routine and the surrounding nature. Space ★ Care: To preserve the pleasant environment and prevent the entry of unwanted animals, we ask that guests keep the apartments clean and avoid the accumulation of trash. This way, everyone can enjoy a more peaceful and safe environment.
