Basement Studio Apt near UMD or DC

This studio is located in the calm and quiet Berwyn Heights neighborhood. It is located just off the interstate and a couple miles from the Greenbelt Metro stop. In walking distance there is a Giant, Target and several restaurants in the Beltway Shopping Plaza. The studio has a new queen bed, but accommodates two to three more with the presence of a futon (size of a double bed) and a couch. The bathroom is a bit larger than a typical studio. There is a full kitchenette. The space The basement is cooled by a portable AC unit. It is heated by one radiator and a couple portable radiator heaters. Other things to note My wife and I need to share the use of the washer and dryer with our guests.
