BRAND NEW POOL OCTOBER 25 The space There are 5 bedrooms: 3 are downstairs and 2 are upstairs. There are 2 beds king size and 3 queen size. There are 3 bathrooms downstairs and one big bath upstairs. One of the bathroom downstairs is accesible only from outside the kitchen area. None of the bedrooms has en suite bathroom. We provide 6 beach chairs and one cooler. 10 bath towels and 10 beach towels. Guest access Entire property. Front and back access. Other things to note -Max occupancy is 10 people -No extra guests are allowed, no parties or get together. House rules are enforced. -The house comes with a couple of toilet papers per bathroom and a couple of paper towels for the stay. If you need more you can get from Walgreens or supermarket nearby. -Decorations or moving furniture around is not allowed. -In Puerto Rico it is not uncommon to experience a temporary power outage or temporary loss of water pressure. In the majority of the cases will come back shortly. There are flashlights and lanterns inside the property in case you need them. -There is no power plant at this rental. If utilities are permanently affected by outages we could shorten the stay and you get back the unused nights. It must be done before standard check out time cut. -Late check out fee is $100/hr -The house will come fresh and clean, however you may see rust stains here and there, common on beachfront properties, in addition with wear and tear. -There is no TV cable -We don’t provide washcloths. -Gardener comes twice per month and takes around 45 min to do the yard.
