31 days or longer stays. Furnished, all bills paid including high speed internet. Spacious studio perfect for ONE person to work from home, transition to Austin, or corporate relocation. Vaulted ceiling, lots of natural light, wonderful views through large windows, work table for laptop (monitor provided), full kitchenette, 54" TV set up with Roku to stream your favorites, full bathroom and lots of built in storage. The studio backs up to a greenbelt and is very quiet and private, like living in a nature preserve. You will see deer and squirrels everyday, bunnies, armadillos and an occasional fox. The apartment is below our house with a separate gate and entrance. There are steps and a stairway that separate your studio from the street. You share the extensive backyard and pool with us. We are low keyed, quiet types, working remotely and have a friendly inside dog who visits the yard. The neighborhood is very safe and great for walking or biking. There are several nature trails nearby including Great Hills Park and Bull Creek Park. Shopping complexes at the Arboretum, Domain and 183 are just a few blocks away.
