Relaxing quiet room with queen size bed

This listing is for a private room with a large queen size bed on the 2nd floor of our single family home in a wonderful setting near Greenville. We are located close to BMW, Michelin, GSP airport & ca 20 minutes to downtown Greenville, but in a very quiet location with a relaxing atmosphere. You also can walk to 13 different ethnic restaurants & a German/Dutch Biergarden. Enjoy the views of trees & wildlife from our deck on the banks of a calming river. The space This bedroom with a queen size bed is on the second floor of a residential home. There is a second bedroom with a queen size bed, which also can be rented, but otherwise will not be used. Both rooms share one bathroom on the same floor. So if you need an additional bedroom for one or two people please check out our other listing. In case we do not have somebody else renting the second bedroom, you will not have to share the bathroom with anybody else and will have the second floor to yourselves. Guest access Kitchen, Breakfast area, dining area, living room, screened porch, large deck, garden During your stay We absolutely love to communicate and connect with our guests and enjoy learning about them and other cultures - but we also will respect your privacy. Other things to note We are non-smokers and smoking is absolutely not allowed inside or around our house. PLEASE be aware that there are four cats in the house. Sorry, but due to our cats, we can not accommodate any other pets in our house.
