This is a modern tiny home, established this year of 2023. Our home is about 50 yards from this beautiful tiny home. We sit at the end of the road, last home with a country setting. Lots of peaceful ambiance in the 4.7 acres we have. We get the luxury of having some visitors from our surroundings, like deers and turkeys. Our tiny home that we named, Enchanted Tiny Home in the Woods. It is really a nice home, practically a full-size kitchen, an island, a living room, and a full size bathroom. The space Our Enchanted Tiny home is located in a country setting. This land is about 5 acres, which provides a relaxing, peaceful ambience. You will have a lot of space to bring your toys, for the ones into boats or even trailers for horses. If you need any assistance, our phone numbers will be provided to you. Almost all of the best tourist places are 10 miles around us. You have the Castillo de San Marcos, in downtown, which is 7 miles from here ( a lot to see and experience in downtown). For the ones that like concerts, you have the Amphitheatre, only 7.7 miles away. The St Johns Fairgrounds is 7.5 miles. There is a lot more that I could mention, this is to give you an idea. Timing to get to these places is about 10-15 minutes. Let's not forget about the beach! It is 8.3 miles from this nest. Other things to note This tiny home was built with lots of love. It was going to be like our game home, family bonding place. As we were adding everything that we like, including our children ideas, we sort of went over budget. We still think this could be our family bonding place, but to gain some of our savings, we wanted to try Airbnb. Another reason we have decided to go this direction is because our oldest daughter, who is 18 years old, is finalizing her last year of high school. This home could help provide a little help to her career in the near future. We are hard believers in working for what we want in life, and we want the best for all three children we have.
