Exquisite 11th Century Tuscan Villa, beautifully renovated and boasting 6 king-sized bedrooms and new pool. Set amidst our 24 acres of land, the Tuscan villa sits within an exclusive location and is ideal for yoga retreats, meditation, romantic escapes and family holidays. Here, you can truly escape the hustle and bustle of modern life and immerse yourself in the breathtaking panoramic views of the Chianti Valleys. The space Each king-sized bedroom features a solid wooden bed with an award-winning Emma mattress to ensure you have a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding is organic, and all windows are equipped with mosquito nets. There are also adjustable desks and external screens in each room should you wish to be productive during your stay. There are two showers, a bathtub and three toilets throughout the villa, each newly redesigned with premium fixtures and fittings. Oak parquet floors help infuse the spaces with a warm and inviting atmosphere. We have also fitted underfloor heating for the colder months, and there are ceiling fans to keep you cool during the summer. Starlink high-speed WIFI is available in each room of the villa to ensure that you’re always well-connected. There is also a state-of-the-art kitchen and newly designed terraces for al-fresco dining. ### An outdoor pool will be available from June 2025. A rendering shows the planned new pool, which is currently under construction. ### Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire property and its 25-hectare estate. While we are not always in Chianti ourselves, we have local experts at hand to help you with anything you need during your stay. So, feel free to contact us! Free parking is available to all guests within the estate. There is both an indoor and outdoor studio space perfect for yoga, meditation and workouts, which can easily accommodate several guests for group sessions. We also have an outdoor playground for children to enjoy. The entrance to the property is private and secure.
