While some decorative details may vary slightly in the final result, the major upgrades shown are based on the actual products and materials already selected. Confirmed upgrades include: • Brand-new Jacuzzi Viking Regal X spa (actual model) • Premium Italian outdoor anti-slip porcelain tile (the exact tile selected) • A new wider concrete staircase with a completely modernized entrance and elegant premium finishes • New luxury outdoor furniture and enhanced landscaping The renovation is currently expected to be completed around September 7, at which time the apartment will reopen.
