The space We have a very large apartment for the Washington DC area. Located in a large high rise building that has been recently renovated. The apartment has granite counter tops, stainless, and hardwood floors. The space will be significantly more spacious than any other 1Br listing you will find in the area. We are the 2nd highest floor of the building (11th). We are 4 blocks from the Ballston Metro stop, and many bus routes terminate there as well. 15 minute Uber ride to the monuments. The space has 2 couches and a queen sized air mattress available for use in the large living room. The air mattress is very nice and comfortable. We have extremely fast internet, and a large TV with surround sound available for use. Guests will have free access to the kitchen. laundry We are very high up in the building, and have great views. Can see all the way from Alexandria to Tyson's corner. We also overlook the pool.
