The upstairs is a three-bedroom two two-bath mid-century modern home. The fully furnished kitchen is a mix of new and old, with period correct fixtures, but updated with Heath Tile. The dining room seats six and looks out upon the local hills and Griffith Park mountains. The primary bedroom features an ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has custom built-ins and a large working desk.
