On the second level, the first bathroom has one sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly. During the winter months (December–February), weather can be unpredictable, and snow or ice storms are common. Some outdoor amenities may be partially or fully inaccessible during your stay. While our team does their best to keep pathways safe and accessible when possible, we can’t guarantee outdoor spaces will always be cleared or usable.
