Keyless door entry with keycode Other things to note The Airbnb is not in the upper part of the house. The Airbnb apartment is located on the lower part of the house, ground floor all the way to the left of the house with its own private entrance and two windows, one in the bedroom and the other in the bathroom. - Hot water is very hot but only available every 15 minutes and runs for about 5 minutes before it turns to room temperature. Still a very comfortable shower after the hot water runs out the water doesn’t get too cold and is still refreshing and comfortable. -House does not have to be fully locked, a simple press of a button and you can be assured house is locked. - Guest Friendly ❌ No smoking inside house ✅ Smoking outside is ok Please Note: It is possible the electricity to go out at times , usually once a week for 2 hours. The house is not equipped with a backup generator and this is normal in Dominican Republic for the lights to go out at times. I will not be granting discounts or allowing late checkout because of loss of power since it is a natural and normal occurrence. Please plan washing and drying clothes ahead of time so you can have clean and dry clothes when you checkout.
