Entire Studio Apt - Cute, Cozy, & Cost Effective!

This studio is spacious and cozy at the same time! It is in an older building but I’ve taken the time to really elevate the atmosphere. You can use it to just have a place to crash while riding through town, or use it as a getaway! The 58” smart tv makes for an awesome “Netflix & Chill.” The location is perfect for getting around town it’s a quick hop on I-40 to get you to 35. 13 mins from downtown OKC, 5 mins from MWC with new Warren Theater, 13 mins from Remington Park, and 20 mins to outlets! The space The entire apt is set up for the guests use. Make yourself at home! Need some storage space use the closet. Need some pantry space? Use the shelving unit set up in the dining room. Other things to note Laundry room is downstairs. The door says laundry room and the key will be included with the apt keys. The washers are $1.75 and the dryers are $1.50. Sometimes the downstairs corridor door is locked and the same key to the laundry room works for that door. This provides extra security for all guests.
