Luxurious Vino Bello Resort

Located at the southern end of Napa Valley, Vino Bello is your perfect wine country retreat. This listing is for a studio offering 393 square feet of living space, with two full beds or one king bed (please let me know which you prefer and I'll check availability) and a queen size sofa sleeper. The studio has a fully equipped kitchenette. There is a separate seating area with dining table. The space You will check in just like at any hotel. This is a timeshare unit and it's fully transferable so I will be booking the nights under your name. I have been an owner of Shell Vacations Time Share properties for over 10 years (The Vino Bello Resort being one property owned by Shell Vacations Club). Credit card hold/deposit ($100 per night) will be required by hotel at time of check-in and held as a deposit for any damages. Note that the resort is required to charge a daily city of Napa tax of $6.32. This will need to be paid directly to the resort. There is no obligation for you to attend, and suggest you politely decline to maximize your time while in the beautiful area of Napa Valley. GENERAL TERMS: - Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out. - Under no circumstance will the Tenant permit pets of any kind in the unit. - The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests. - The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
