Bedroom Configuration: Level 4- Queen Bedroom with full bathroom in hallway, bunk room (Twin over queen bunk + one more twin) Level 3 (Main Level)- Poker Room with King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, laundry room Level 2- Kitchen, Living Room, Master King bedroom with ensuite bathroom, half bathroom Level 1- Pool Table and Game Room Additional Sleeping Options: Twin rollaway bed Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cabin except for the two locked owners closets. Other things to note *Check-in is at 4 pm *Check-out is at 10 am Please note, to book this listing you must be over 21 years old *4WD highly recommended!! Roads will be accessible back entrance only. *Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs included. Dog must be crate trained and please clean up after your dog *Please note there is an exterior ring camera at the front door (Sky in/out - Ticket must be purchased in advance) GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: - Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. - Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. - Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
