Stay in your own private room in our Kings Beach home. Easy access to Northstar, shopping, beach. Set up to sleep 2, we have futons if more people want to come. Private bath. A happy family home with the typical hustle & bustle... book it now! The space Easy access to Kings Beach and Northstar. A nice, quiet neighborhood on the Old Brockway Golf course, very close to Hwy 28 (around Lake Tahoe) and Hwy 267 (straight into Truckee and then on to Reno via Hwy 80). Ten minutes form the Nevada border and Casinos... Guest access You have a private room and bath and parking in the driveway. You can use the wireless internet washer, dryer and kitchen while you are here. The room also has a mini-fridge. During your stay This is a family home with two kids and two dogs.... and you may be interacting with all of them. It is our plan to give you as much privacy as we can, although we are happy to give you information about our area and chat it up. Other things to note We have two small dogs, Chihuahua sized, so you have to be a person who likes dogs to be happy staying here. This space is located in Placer County which requires the collection of a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax. You can read more about this requirement here: https://www.placer.ca.gov/tot Unfortunately, Airbnb does not yet have a way for us to build this into the room fees. Please come prepared to pay this tax during your stay.
