Bedroom 3 (1st Level): Two (2) full-size beds with bathroom and closet. Bedroom 4 (2nd Level): One (1) Queen-size bed, bathroom, private balcony/terrace. Guest access At Charamicos I, there is a fee of $2 USD per person per day for any guest staying in a private residence. Guests will have access to the facilities of the complex: Clubhouse, Gazebo, Swimming Pool. Note: This fee must be paid directly at the main office of Charamicos I at the entrance of the complex.
