The space For our guests' comfort, the studio features: - 1 Double bed, 1 double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and air conditioning; - Kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, kettle, blender, wine glasses, pots, dishes, and utensils; - Dining area with a table and 2 chairs; - 1 Social bathroom; - Hotel-quality bed and bath linens (extra bed linens and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-fi available; - 1 covered parking space. * NOTE: Guest entry is only permitted after sending the necessary documentation to confirm the reservation and register at the reception (please contact the host in advance to send the details of all guests). * The cleaning included in the price is done only at check-out. If the guest wishes for extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, along with sheets for the indicated number of guests.
