A cozy room in the basement with a private entrance and private bathroom. There is a full sized bed. Small refrigerator and microwave available. It is close to public transportation. There are three 30 minute bus routes to NYC all within a 5 minute walk from the house. Parking is available and only takes a 20 minute drive in to New York City. 15 mins to F. Dickinson Univ. via public transportation, Teaneck, NJ campus. Near Holy Name & Hackensack hospitals. The space It is only a 10 minute drive or 25 minute bus ride to the Garden State Plaza, Paramus Park, and Bergen malls. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
