There are four bedrooms on the ground floor (BR1 and BR2 Queen, BR 3 Full, BR 4 Twin). Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 share a spacious bathroom with a tub. BR 4 at the other end of the floor, across from the living room, shares BA 2 full bath with a stand-in shower. 2. The fifth bedroom BR 5 is the master suite on the second floor with a queen bed. It's furnished with an office desk and chair and a chaise lounge. It has an attached full bath with a stand-in shower, steam and sauna. 3. Dining and Living rooms are together under a high open cathedral ceiling. The dining table fits 10 chairs. 12 persons can be seated by replacing 4 chairs with 2 bench seats. The kitchen too has space for additional seating at the counter. 4. The sofa in the loft easily converts to a full bed to sleep 2 additional persons. The main floor entrance access is easily accessible from the driveway with a ramp into the living, dining, kitchen and bedrooms. Overall it's a spacious home with beautiful wooded views, fireplace and an open feeling. Other things to note Please note that there's a basement apartment in the downstairs level of the house. It is currently occupied by owner and his family. The Apartment has it's own separate entrance through the garage and doesn't interfere with the privacy and front door entrance of guests at the main house.
