You will feel at home in no time with the beautiful and cozy décor! The master bedroom is perfect for parents, it is quiet with forest view from the large window. The bedroom has a comfy king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a massive walk-in shower and dual sinks. The Mario themed bedroom is a dream come true, complete with two bunk beds and each with 2 single beds. it also has all the Mario decor to awe your Kids. What is more is a private Mario themed curtain is installed in the middle of the room to give each group of the kids privacy. The room could sleep four kids or teens. The third bedroom has very unique design and feel, it features a King-size bed. If you have more than eight guests, the comfy queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room is an additional sleeping option. There is also a curtain installed to provide privacy for the guests who sleep on the sofa bed The bathrooms have plenty of vanity space and are outfitted with fresh towels and a starter supply of basic toiletries in case you forgot to pack anything. Stored are just 5 minutes away. Garbage Collection Garbage is to be placed in the bin under the bench at the front porch. It will be collected on the days indicated on the note posted on the bench. Excessive/large items should be dropped in the dumpster located at the intersection of Corvette Ln and T-Bird Ln. Thank you for your cooperation! We do not accommodate any kind of animals because the owners are severely allergic to all types of animal hairs. Parents please instruct your kids to not make any drawing on the wall paper. It may cost you hundreds to thousands of dollars to repair or replace the wall paper in order to restore its original state. For your safety and enjoyment during your stay, you will be required to sign a mandatory rental agreement that includes important local regulations and house rules. Please note that Florida is home to various insects and wildlife, especially in natural and residential areas. It is common to encounter animals such as deer, raccoons, snakes, and insects in the surrounding environment. For your safety, please keep all exterior doors closed at all times. We have contracted a professional pest control company to provide monthly treatments inside and outside the property to help minimize insects. However, despite regular treatments, you may occasionally see insects inside the home. This can happen when doors are left open or when insects are inadvertently brought in through luggage, shopping bags, or other personal belongings from previous guests or outdoor activities. To help prevent attracting insects, please dispose of garbage daily and clean up food crumbs or spills promptly during your stay.
