The space Ground floor apartment in Vila de Barra Grande, featuring: - Bedroom with a queen-size bed, curtain, air-conditioning, wardrobe and minibar; - Living/dining room with sofa bed, air-conditioning, dining table, wine cellar, beer maker and smart TV; - Social bathroom with electric shower and hand shower; - Kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, items such as cutlery, glasses, blender, etc; NOTE - The cleaning included in the price is carried out only at checkout. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. - One bath towel is provided per guest and one hand towel per bathroom, as well as linens for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee. Other things to note After booking, it is essential that up to 72 hours before check-in you send your data (full name and CPF of all guests), vehicle data (license plate, model and color) so that we can make your prior access authorization. Our team will be at the accommodation at the scheduled time to welcome you and give you the keys. It's important that you try not to be late or let us know if anything unforeseen happens. NOTE: The check-in interval is between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. If it is after 5 p.m., a fee of R$100.00 will be charged for the operation.
