The house has been completely renovated and completely newly furnished. Size: approx. 50 m². Rooms: Living room and open kitchen, sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs, TV. Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) Bathroom with walk-in shower Balcony: With table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. Not visible from the outside. The space Towels and bed linen are available at an extra charge of 10 euros per person (per stay). If interested, please specify when booking. The laundry package would have to be paid locally. Please also note that Sundern-Langscheid is a health resort and the tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. It is €1.50 per person / per day. Guest access Places for sleeping: 1 bedroom, box spring bed (1.60 x 2.00) Another person can sleep on the pull-out couch. This is located in the open living space.
