Cute Studio in Downtown Berkeley

Small studio 10 min walk from UC Berkeley's campus and 10 min away from the BART station. I am a visiting scholar at the university and would be happy to share it with you while I am away for conferences during the winter break. It is small (450 square feet) but has all you need: kitchen, bathroom, dryer and washer, fast internet, and a very near rooftop on the top floor. FYI, the building has mostly graduate students so it can be a little noisy (but not too much).
