Welcome to Joy Cabins! Nestled in the Smoky Mountains, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath log cabin sleeps up to 4 guests and features queen beds, a sleeper sofa, full kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, and smart TV. Located minutes from Pigeon Forge with no steep roads, it’s perfect for couples, families, or friends looking to relax, explore, and reconnect with nature in comfort and style. The space Perched on the edge of a pristine forest, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin offers a peaceful escape from the everyday hustle and a chance to reconnect with nature. Located right in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. Inside, the open-concept living area features comfortable furnishings, a stone electric fireplace, a pullout full-size sleeper sofa, and large windows that bring in natural light and wooded views. The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful granite countertops and includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator with freezer. Perfect for preparing anything from family meals to late-night snacks. Each private bedroom features a hand-built queen-size bed with plush linens. One bathroom includes a large tile shower with glass doors, a luxurious rainfall showerhead, a wall-mounted floating toilet with a heated toilet seat for a spa like experience. Sleeping Arrangements: • Two private bedrooms with queen beds • One full-size pullout sleeper sofa in the living room • Sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably Step outside and enjoy your own private haven: • 6-person hot tub surrounded by woods • Wood-burning smokeless fire pit • Grill and outdoor dining area for mountain evenings • Porch swing and seating areas to relax under the stars • Large private backyard offering total seclusion and nature views • Possible wildlife sightings include deer, foxes, and even the occasional black bear Please Note: • Firewood, charcoal, and lighter fluid are not provided. These can be purchased at local stores. • The hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. Chlorine is added for sanitation. • Wildlife and insects are common in the area. Cobwebs may appear quickly even after cleaning. • Use all amenities at your own risk. Do not leave food or trash outside. Use bear-proof bins when available. Security Cameras in Use on Property: For your safety, cameras are installed facing the driveway and parking area only. They activate only when motion or sound is detected and do not point at or monitor any indoor or guest-use areas. Guest access Experience effortless self-check-in with our YALE Smart Lock. A personalized access code will be sent automatically through Airbnb before check-in and is valid only during your stay. Do not power off the smart lock during your stay. Other things to note • Age & Occupancy Guests must be 18+ to book. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors. • Pets & Service Animals Pets are not allowed. Trained service animals are welcome under ADA guidelines. Emotional support animals are not recognized under federal law. • Smoking No smoking indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. • Welcome Snacks We provide complimentary bottled water, soda, coffee, and snacks as a welcome gesture. Especially helpful after a long trip. • Starter Supplies You’ll receive a starter pack with 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towel roll, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and disinfecting wipes. Please restock if you run out during your stay. • Laundry Washer and dryer are available for your use. Please bring your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets, as these are not provided. • Linens & Towels Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for your stay. • Wildlife You may encounter local wildlife such as raccoons, deer, or bears. Do not feed or approach animals, and never leave food or trash outside or in your vehicle. Use bear-proof bins where available. • Hot Tub Use The hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled with fresh water between guests. A chlorine tablet is added for sanitation. It may take up to 8 hours to heat. If not warm upon arrival, do not press any buttons. This may stop the heating. • Fire Pit & Grill Firewood, charcoal, and lighter fluid are not provided. These can be purchased locally at Food City, Kroger, or nearby gas stations. Please fully extinguish fires and check local restrictions at burnsafetn. org. • TV & Wi-Fi Roku HDTV is available. Must log in with your own streaming accounts and log out before checkout. No cable or local channels. Wi-Fi is provided, though speeds may vary in some areas. • Driveway Access The cabin is located behind Dollywood at the base of the mountain in the Fox Run subdivision and has year-round access. AWD or 4x4 is not required. • Mid-Stay Services We do not offer cleaning, linen changes, or restocking during your stay. Emergency maintenance is available if needed. • Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM ET | Check-out: 10:00 AM ET Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-approved and may incur an additional fee.
