Guest access 24-hour Reception Desk/ Swimming Pool/ 1 Parking Spot Other things to note The Check In time is from 3 PM and the Checkout is at 12:00 p.m. The period from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. is the time for cleaning, checking and preparing the apartment for the next guest, so it is not possible for the Check In to be anticipated or requested in advance through the platforms. The improper use of these items will result in a fine of R$100.00 per damaged part. 11- The price of daily rates is not the same every day, varying according to demand, but they are clearly specified in the calendar. 12- The guest's contact for any needs must be directly with the host, from 09:00 to 20:00.
