Close to access to the other beaches and the shopping center (Pituba and Passarela da Vila). On this street there are bars and excellent restaurants, including the restaurant on the ground floor of the house, which ranks among the best in the city. It is very close to bakeries, pharmacies, banks and the post office. Other things to note This unit is a suite within the Vila Casarão space, where there are commercial units and other lodging units.
