Less than a mile to Bear Mountain ski resort and near the Zoo and National Forest land for hiking. About a ten minute drive to town. The cabin is across from a creek so there are no cabins directly in front, and there is a wonderful, peaceful feeling. You'll see squirrels and birds in the backyard. Very peaceful. Guest access Entire cabin is for rent, including three bedrooms, seven beds (four queens and three twin beds) a kitchen that is stocked with dishes, cookware, appliances and a beautiful view of trees in the backyard, which has a picnic table and benches, chairs and BBQ. Three bedrooms, one and a half bathroom. The bathroom actually has a shower and an additional shower/bath combination, along with a separate toilet. There is a washer and dryer in the house. This is only for a long term rental, minimum and maximum six months as provided by AirBNB requirements, for qualified tenants. Other things to note The cabin is furnished with dishes, two TVs, and blankets, and furniture but rent does NOT include linens and towels and DOES NOT INCLUDE UTILITIES OR SNOW REMOVAL, WHICH YOU WILL NEED TO SET UP DIRECTLY WITH THE UTILITY COMPANY AND PAY DIRECTLY.
