For beach lovers, beaches are close by, 9 miles by car, 0.5 miles by boat. For the Golfers, Tiger Point Golf Club is located within the neighborhood. Bring your boat and tie up behind the house- where you`ll be less than 5 minutes to the inter coastal waterway and less than 20 minutes to the Gulf. Boat trailer parking is available. The neighborhood boat ramp is 1 mile away and 2 marinas with fuel are within a 5 min boat ride. Power and water are available at the dock and there’s even a lower dock landing for the kayaker or paddle boarder. If you decide not to trailer your boat, rent one! Pensacola Pontoons will deliver a boat right to your dock. Let`s get you on the water! Boat Trailer Parking Beach Towels provided upon request for $10 laundry fee. The pool can be heated during the cooler months to maintain a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is available for an additional $50 per day plus tax and must be selected at the time of booking. During the heating season, the pool heater requires up to 48 hours to reach the optimal temperature of 84°F, so advance notice is needed. Please note: Pool heating is available seasonally and is not offered from June through September. Important Information: -Please be mindful of your neighbors, all are full-time residents, and some have lived here for over 30 years. For the safety and privacy of all concerned, and out of respect for the neighbors, it is important that all renters and their guests do not go on adjacent properties. -Garage is locked and for owners use only and will not be assessable to guest. -There is a Ring doorbell, for your safety and security this camera will remain on. Snowbirds accepted! Ask about monthly rates! Please note the following requirements to complete your reservation: Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in. Guests must review and sign the single-page Rental Agreement at check-in. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties. Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Check-in time: Typically Between 3:00 and 5:00pm. Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided. CANCELLATIONS POLICIES A PROCESSING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS. Holiday reservations are non-refundable: Blue Angels Week(7/12/26-7/19/26), 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable. Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued. TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking. All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on the day of arrival. Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly. See you at the Beach! House Rules Renters must be 25+years of age. No Smoking/Vaping (this includes all outdoor areas and patio) No Events or Parties No Pets are allowed. Any unauthorized pet on the property is in clear violation and there will be, without exception, a $200 charge. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.
