The neighborhood boat ramp is 1 mile away and 2 marinas with fuel are within a 5 min boat ride. Power and water are available at the dock and there’s even a lower dock landing for the kayaker or paddle boarder. If you decide not to trailer your boat, rent one! Pool heating is available for an additional $50 per day plus tax and must be selected at the time of booking. During the heating season, the pool heater requires up to 48 hours to reach the optimal temperature of 84°F, so advance notice is needed. Please note: Pool heating is available seasonally and is not offered from June through September. Important Information: -Please be mindful of your neighbors, all are full-time residents, and some have lived here for over 30 years. For the safety and privacy of all concerned, and out of respect for the neighbors, it is important that all renters and their guests do not go on adjacent properties. -Garage is locked and for owners use only and will not be assessable to guest. -There is a Ring doorbell, for your safety and security this camera will remain on. Check-in time: Typically Between 3:00 and 5:00pm. Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided. CANCELLATIONS POLICIES A PROCESSING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS. Holiday reservations are non-refundable: Blue Angels Week(7/12/26-7/19/26), 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable. Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued. TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. House Rules Renters must be 25+years of age. No Smoking/Vaping (this includes all outdoor areas and patio) No Events or Parties No Pets are allowed. Any unauthorized pet on the property is in clear violation and there will be, without exception, a $200 charge. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.
