Beautiful minimalist, contemporary, and comfortable duplex apartment. It has two floors. On the first floor is the open kitchen with a dining room for 4 people, a living room, a 50-inch TV, and a desk. Downstairs is the bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, full bathroom, and laundry area. All within a new building with a very central and strategic location in Colonia del Valle center, a 10-minute walk from the WTC and 5 minutes from Insurgentes and the Colonia del Valle Metrobus. The space The apartment has 70 m2 strategically distributed on two floors, so that it feels like a large, modern, and cozy space with contemporary and minimalist decor. The first floor has a fully equipped open kitchen with an 11 cubic foot refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils to prepare simple meals. Dining room for 4 guests. Comfortable room, reposet, and 50 "Smart TV, plus a desk and office chair for working or home office. On the ground floor is the bedroom space with a comfortable queen bed, spacious closet, and mirror. Full bathroom with a shower. As well as a laundry area with washer/dryer** and laundry room. The apartment is interior so it is very quiet and private, ideal for resting. The building is new, of contemporary construction and access to the apartment is on a second floor without an elevator. Must climb stairs to access the building/depto (38 steps to be exact). Inside the apartment the staircase has 15 steps. The apartment has linens and towels to make your stay more pleasant. Shampoo, soap will be provided, and if you need anything for your stay I'm happy to provide. Crib service is available if required. This space is not recommended for minors who already know how to walk, since there are the stairs inside the depto. and is not designed for children. It has a parking space. Please request it in advance to leave the control. You can also leave it on the street, it is a safe area and there are no parking meters. For the delivery of keys we will try to receive you, and if not it will be done through self check in, so that you do not have problems with the schedule. *Due to the situation that is going through the CDMX due to water shortage, the use of the washing machine will only be intended for stays of 5 nights or longer. Please take care of the water, it's for everyone's good :) Other things to note It has parking. Please request this service in advance to be able to deliver the control and provide the instructions. You can also park on the street, it's a safe area. At night you'll always find a spot outside the building. There are no parking meters. Self check-in is available, so there's no problem with check-in after 3pm. We have luggage storage but please arrange it with the host in advance to send the instructions. The use of the washing machine is reserved for stays longer than 5 nights, in order to conserve water. Thank you for your understanding. We do not recommend the apartment for people with limited mobility, as it is a two-story space and you have to walk up and down stairs. We also don't recommend the space for small children or those who already walk because there are stairs and it's not suitable for minors. However, we do have a travel crib service, which we can provide at no cost.
