Other things to note Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home. Pets are permitted with advance approval. Pet fee is $50 per pet. Please be considerate of our neighbors. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is not a party house. Pets allowed with advance permission, additional fees may apply. Pick up after your pets. Children must be supervised at all times. No Smoking Allowed. No Parking in the street. BBQ: Clean the BBQ grill before leaving. Trash: Excess trash, that does not fit in the trash cans must be removed by guests. A $75 trash pickup service charge will be charged to guests if excess trash has not been removed.
