It's a short walk to Mallory Square, Hemingway's Home, the Truman White House, Duval Street and Zachary Taylor Park ( do yoga on the beach, swim, snorkel, or hang hammocks between the palms). Walk to shops, restaurants, and museums. Enjoy coffee in the morning, relax by the pool, and sip wine at night in our private courtyard. 28 day minimum - if you can't stay that long, share with family and friends! The space Located in the Shipyard in the Truman Annex, this first floor unit opens onto a private courtyard with a dining table and lush tropical garden. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a double, and one bathroom. There is a front porch, as well, for your morning coffee. There is a heated community pool, and you are just steps to the Truman Waterfront Park,the beach at Fort Zachary Taylor, Mallory Square, The Hemingway House and The Truman Little Whitehouse. You can easily enjoy the energy and excitement of Duval Street, then escape to the quietude of your home away from home! Guest access Access is by lockbox. You will have access to the entire unit. Other things to note 28 day minimum. Available dates are June 1-30 August 1-31 September 1-30 October 1-31 August ates are reduced due to pool closing, but please note that there is a free pool at the end of Thomas Street, with lovely views of the ocean. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, inside and out. Reduced rates in June reflect pool closing for maintenance.
